This privacy notice explains the Guspora.ai agent workforce surface and supplements the Guspora platform Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Guspora.ai processes account information, business records, customer-provided instructions, agent configuration settings, approval events, communication consent status, and the input and output data required to perform authorized agent actions.
Agent actions are recorded in the Agent Action Ledger, including action category, risk class, actor or approving user, tenant scope, target record, approval status, timestamps, and relevant metadata. Ledger records support auditability, dispute resolution, and security investigations.
AI providers process data only as needed for requested agent functions. Customer data is not used to train provider models under Guspora's published AI processing commitments. Tenant-scoped data isolation is enforced for platform records and agent actions.
Customers are responsible for providing lawful instructions, maintaining valid communication consent records, limiting Agent data scope to authorized records, and ensuring their own use of outputs complies with privacy, professional, licensing, and industry-specific obligations.
