Refund Policy

The short version:
Every new Guspora subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription payment. Refund amounts are adjusted based on actual platform usage during your active period.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Guspora offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions, measured from the date of your initial subscription payment. If you are not satisfied within 14 calendar days, you can request a refund from your account billing settings page or by contacting us at (888) 314-3963.
Usage-Adjusted Refunds
Refund amounts are adjusted based on actual platform usage during your active period. Usage factors include:
- AI reports generated
- Inspections completed
- Milo AI interactions
- SMS sent
Your refund amount equals your subscription fee minus the cost of metered services consumed. You will see a full usage breakdown before confirming your refund request. If your usage cost exceeds your subscription fee, no refund will be issued, but you may still cancel your subscription at any time.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
GusporaCam Add-On
The GusporaCam add-on has its own independent 14-day money-back guarantee, measured from the date of device setup — not from the date of pre-order. The same usage-adjustment policy applies.
Guspora Track™ Hardware
Guspora Track™ GPS and BLE tracking devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a refund of the device purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs. Activation fees and service-period charges are non-refundable. Device-specific terms are documented in Terms of Service §13.4.
Prolonged-Outage Credit
If the platform experiences a continuous outage exceeding 72 hours and you are unable to use the service during that period, you are eligible for a prorated refund of the affected period in addition to the service credits described in the Service Level Agreement §4. Request the prorated refund by emailing billing@guspora.com within 30 days of the incident with the affected dates and times.

You can request a refund through your account billing settings page or by calling (888) 314-3963. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
